We are delighted to welcome Laurent Auzanneau to this episode.
From an early age, Laurent knew his horizons would extend far beyond Franche-Comté, where he grew up. As a teenager, he began traveling and continued exploring the world throughout his studies. He started his professional career in a French company with a strong international expansion mindset. What was initially supposed to be a two- or three-year adventure turned into more than 30 years of living abroad and traveling across the globe—particularly in Africa, the Middle East, Russia, Canada, and Asia.
Throughout his career, Laurent has led diverse teams across vastly different cultural landscapes, each with varying levels of tolerance and acceptance, both in practice and perception. He became a specialist in managing teams in unconventional locations and applying strategies to unite them around common goals. His approach is to remain authentic while integrating and respecting others—both individually and collectively—to achieve success.
In every project he has developed and every country where he has expanded operations for the service company he worked with for over three decades, Laurent has emphasized local partnerships, grassroots entrepreneurship, and maximizing local employment—key drivers of diversity and inclusion.

Our brain runs on autopilot. Convenient? Yes.
But also risky—unconscious biases can lead to snap judgments and unintentional exclusions. Shifting to deliberate mode means taking back control.
Amélie had the privilege of leading the “Disability & Inclusion” Morning Session at RH Partners—a fantastic opportunity for insightful conversations on these critical issues.
During the session, she shared key insights into how our brain processes cognitive biases and introduced practical strategies for inclusive management.
A huge thank you to RH Partners for the invitation and to all the participants for their energy and engagement!

Our Game “La Toile” offers a 3-hour immersive and memorable experience for your teams (16 to 32 participants).
It raises awareness of unintentional exclusions while equipping participants with concrete strategies to foster a more inclusive and high-performing work environment.
We had the privilege of facilitating this game at the European Investment Bank, engaging teams in meaningful discussions and practical learning.
Ready to weave an inclusive culture together? Contact us to schedule your “La Toile” session!

We support you through webinars or conferences on microaggressions.
Our program covers what microaggressions are, where they come from, and how, as bystanders, we can actively intervene when they occur. This conversation is crucial. We firmly believe that by recognizing our biases and fostering inclusion, we can help create a more harmonious and productive work environment.
Ready to transform your workplace? Let’s discuss your challenges and explore tailored solutions for your organization!
